GoogleI'm very grateful for how my rather tricky sale was handled. A particular big thank you to manager Tariq who was meticulous, consistent and a very good communicator

GoogleVery poor service from Nejc. Didn’t know key details upon moving in and did not make us aware of hidden charges that we needed to subsequently pay. Staff are rude and incompetent. Does not act in the best interest of tenants. Be VERY …

GoogleReally good assistance by simron and nate!

GoogleIncompetent doesn't nearly cover it. Outside drain has been leaking onto bedroom ceilings for months, both rooms have had part of ceiling replaced, but still drain not fixed. Replies from them take days if not weeks, and often the reply they do send is completely useless in all senses. I greatly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Shambles.

GoogleGeorge T Ioannou came to our flat yesterday and we can’t fault his attitude! He was thoughtful, encouraging and took time to answer all our questions. From my years of experience with estate agents I can honestly say we’ve never come across anyone so professional. Highly highly recommend

GoogleOverall a very positive experience with Ellis & Co. My main contact was Luta who responded quickly to any queries I had and was really helpful and friendly. Was very pleased to get my full deposit returned promptly at the end of my tenancy too. Would recommend.

GoogleFantastic service and great customer support. Efficient, thorough and professional.

GoogleVery good agents that have everyone’s best interest at heart even above their own. They manage a property for me with very irrational and demanding tenants and I couldn’t do this without their help and support. I also sold a property with them recently and the service was over and above my expectations.

GoogleVery good . I'm both a tenant and a landlord with this company. I have some very difficult students in my rented property with ellis and Co. They manage the property exceptionally well with rent arrears and constant complaints that are most often entitled tenants that have little grip on real life.

GoogleAwful, avoid at all costs. Basic repairs not completed (at all, let alone with a delay) very very dirty on moving in, horrendously unorganised and will try to keep your deposit with no justification. Seriously, avoid at all costs

GoogleI've been a tenant of a property managed by Ellis & Co for two years. Throughout our tenancy, this branch of Ellis & Co have handled things in a friendly and professional manner. They have always been responsive, helpful and accommodating, and have dealt with any issues and requests that I've had.

GoogleVery poor lettings agent - response times are extremely slow / non-existent, constantly requiring follow-up emails and calls. Last time I contacted them and chased they took over a month to respond.
