I couldn't recommend Chestertons - and Scott in particular - any higher. Everyone's familiar with the bad rap agents get, but Scott couldn't have done more to put that cliche to bed. He was honest, open, incredibly responsive and was always on hand to help - and he wasn't even representing me! The place I ended up buying was actually somewhere I'd decided not to view but a gentle nudge from Scott and here we are a few months later having completed. I'd use these guys again without question.

We would like to thank and commend Scott Winter from the Islington Office for guiding us through a quick and stress free conveyance on a quality flat. He is professional, attentive, and polite. He responded quickly to every call or email, and answered any query promptly, liaising well with the vendor, the solicitors and us, the purchasers. He or his colleagues showed our family the property on several occasions and always gave us plenty of time to consider things without being pushy. Scott initially showed this flat as an extra to the one we had asked to see, and it turned out to be just what we wanted. We are very impressed with Chestertons friendly professional service and attention and would highly recommend them to prospective buyers or sellers. NB, We first approached Chestertons Islington two years ago when we found one of their former negotiators Sylwia Kapero to be exceptionally helpful and dedicated to us in our search for a flat, although at that time we didn't find one. An excellent service from both Lettings and Property Management Departments. We have been letting our flat in Islington with Chestertons for 13 years and the only vacant periods have been deliberate to carry out redecorations or improvements. Recently, we have had the whole flat re-painted and a new bath installed - all supervised by the Property Management Dept. The result was a very quick letting at full asking price with what seems to be a very good tenant. We have no hesitation in recommending

Used Alex Main and Scott Abrahams on a recent flat sale in N5. Scott led the valuation process and provided honest and transparent advice on the appropriate asking price and strategy for achieving a quick sale. We were quoted lower fees elsewhere but chose Chestertons as we trusted their judgment and experience which we felt would be critical in a very challenging market. We were extremely glad we made the decision to instruct Chestertons as they not only achieved asking price but did so very quickly, which was critical for our onward purchase. Alex led the sale process and was knowledgeable and responsive throughout and did a superb job getting the sale over the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chestertons, particularly in today's market.
