Scott, Roberto, Piers & the rest of the team sold our loft in Shoreditch at asking price and obtained a number of offers. They were brilliant from start to finish and very professional and more positive than many other agents we met before deciding who to go with. They also priced the flat much more accurately and achieved the asking price, whereas other agents were more bearish and seemingly less enthusiastic. We had reservations about whether an Islington based agent would find the right buyers for Shoreditch, so instructed a loft specialist alongside them but Chestertons found the buyers and obtained multiple offers and drove a lot of viewings with serious buyers. Highly recommend.
