GoogleWe had a great experience working with Nikki Humphreys at Chestertons in Islington in finding a rental. Showings were punctual and well organised, and Chestertons made the process easy all the way through and was able to accommodate our short timeline. Nikki was also helpful in finding options based on our criteria that we hadn't previously seen, which helped us find the best fit quickly. Thanks again!

GoogleAs someone who has worked in technology sales for the past 20 years, I have never encountered a more incompetent and useless sales team. A two week delay in following up on an inquiry, lack of aligning with client needs, show up unprepared to answer basic property questions, zero knowledge to share about the area to share with prospective viewers and is inconsistent in booking viewings after verbal commitments, wasting client's time by showing up with an agent present. Essentially, the sales team (when they show up) are glorified "door openers". I hope both buyers and sellers reconsider using Chestertons as the sales team's commissions are undeserved for the work they do. Regrettably it is this type of behaviour that gives the sales profession a negative brand.

TrustpilotSellers: avoid Chestertons Islington
I have had the worst experience as a prospective buyer, on several occasions. They are rude to buyers, antagonising them. They fail to turn up to viewing appointments without apologising. They provide inaccurate information. They are intrusive about your own property information. After a while, I stopped viewing properties with them and bought through another agency. Based on my experience. I will never give my property for them to market.

I've had a terrible experience with Chestertons. They've mismanaged my billings for many consecutive months. They have assumed I am overseas for tax purposes and deduct the wrong amount for their fees. They've also incorrectly advised the tenants to cancel all bills that per out agreement we are supposed to pay. I do not recommend letting your property with Chestertons

I am no longer looking for a property, the unsubsrcibe from mailings fails. I responded to 8 colleagues now who have persisted to send me information about properties, for over 2 days. I am still getting calls and emails. Honestly, never message these people, sick of emails from them. And the one property I asked to view, I never even saw. DELETE MY DATA.
