Chesterton’s have been excellent in the Sale of my property in Barnsbury that had a number of ups and down’s through this pandemic. I can’t say enough about the work put in by Scott and the entire team here. Even whilst on holidays Scott helped get my exchange done when we met some last minute hurdles. Big call out to Matthew and Oliver as well who have been a big part of the journey.

Awful renting experience. Make sure you rent throught an agent who will actually ‘manage’ the property and perform a check-in inventory. This will avoid headaches at check-out when delusional landlords will make claims on the deposit. Now having to raise a dispute with the insured scheme and looking at several months’ wait to see my money back.

Having used Chestertons before, I knew they were reliable professionals so I had no hesitation in using them again to sell my house in Highbury. My initial contact was with the manager Graham who came to do the valuation which was spot on and as a result I achieved the asking price. The day to day business was handled mostly by Roberto, who apart from being a very nice chap, was efficient and unflappable and saw the process through to a successful conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chestertons and would definitely use them again.

Worst agency to deal with!

Worst agency to deal with!They are completely unprofessional!!! They try to be nice before you sign the contract and afterwards they never get anything fixed and never call you back. I have been in the apartment for more than 2 months now and still they haven't fixed the issues I reported in the first week of moving in.I would really advice you don't rent with them!
