GoogleI’ve been trying to arrange a viewing for 3 weeks. Total waste of time, I’ve emailed and called several times, with staff telling me they’ll call me back and never hearing anything back. At some point I managed to get hold of someone and arranged a viewing for a certain time, i was told i’ll get receive a confirmation with the address. Nothing was received, called back on the agreed viewing day and it turns out the agent didn’t even book it in. I’m done wasting my time and won’t be considering any flats sold by chestersons

GoogleWORST AGENCY EXPERIENCE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! they are REAL scammers masked up in a fancy Islington agency. Mitch and the manager David Manning are honestly the worst agents I ever dealt with, super unprofessional, manipulative, rude and unhelpful is to say the least. They refused every contact with the landlord (who later turned out to be very available to provide us furniture and follow our requests) but the agency only aims to profit out of the deals. The whole tenancy has been a REAL NIGHTMARE. They had ZERO RESPECT towards us, the tenants, but also the landlord he told me he wanted to beat them up if only he could have (he filed 2 formal complaints). Mitch and David are border line legal - they don’t even abide to the legally binding tenancy agreement conditions. Personally I believe they are to be reported to the police. (jI want to stay anonymous with the review) THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!!!

GoogleWe had a very pleasant, professional and slick experience with chestertons, in particularly, Will. We switched agents after no success for 3 months being on the market. Will found us a buyer and an offer at asking price within a week of the switch to chestertons. His management of the sale was second to none. We would highly recommend Will as an agent for selling your property.

They worked hard to conduct viewings with potential buyers, and I was really happy with the end result as they managed to secure a great price for my property. They seem to be addicted to the phone. I’ve emailed twice and some pillock just keeps ringing me. Just reply to the damn email. Get these estate agent off their phones. It may be their job to natter endlessly loving the sound of their own voice but the rest of us have jobs also and need to keep them and can’t be speaking every five minutes of every day. Painful experience.

Find a flat that I like. Bradley is very helpful, quick and attentive. I got the offer accepted by the landlord within a couple hours. He also helped me to find an affordable internet service. Though, their preference checking system can be quite lengthy.

Hello everybody, please please please don’t rent out your house with Chestertons because you’re never get back your deposit taking away from you and try to not give it back to you. I have wait for my deposit now two months and nothing. They don’t want to give me back all of the deposit putting on me lots of damage. My house was in very very good condition and they only keep you waiting for your own money, so please listen to me don’t give them to rent out your flat and there is one person who promising every day she gonna call Bart she don’t do that her name is shruthi I never in my life have seen such a liar. There are please please please don’t rent out your flat with them.
