From Start to Finish Dexters have been amazing in the sale of our house in Hounslow. Zain, Paige, Hannah and the rest of the team have kept us updated every step of the way, have been more than helpful and extremely professional. From getting our house on the market to completion it took 7 weeks which is amazing. Zain was even there to offer advice on the purchase or our new home in Sussex. I cannot fault them in any way and would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Dexters in Isleworth, in particular Simon Harding, our main contact, is very professional and extremely efficient. I am new to the letting business and the prospects of looking for a tenant while caring for my newborn baby looked daunting. With Simon’s help the process was quick and smooth. It took less than a week from giving them to go ahead to getting the best suitable tenant. For comparison, I phoned another agency couple days after contacting Dexters and was lectured about quiet market etc. so expected it would take months before we find a tenant for my property. I look forward to continue working with Dexters.

We had 4 valuations from different agents when we wanted to sell our house. We felt Bobby from Dexters Isleworth was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of the 4. We agreed a price to sell it at and some timescales. The sales team kept us up to date with viewings and feedback and within a month we had two offers with one at the asking price and one 5k above. Bobby informed us that the one above was in a chain and the one at asking was not in a chain. We were advised to take the asking price offer as Dexters knew we needed to move quickly and the buyer was in a strong position. Overall we felt the service was very professional and personable from start to finish, we couldn't be happier! If we weren't moving out of the area we would definitely be using Dexters in Isleworth again.

We received valuations from five different estate agents in Isleworth; Bobby at Dexters came in with the highest valuation and the highest fee but his professionalism and prompt attention won us over. After three weeks, Emily came back to us with an asking price offer and we couldn't be happier! Jennifer Cohen made the sales process smooth and remained in contact from start to finish. I have needed a valuation of a property as well as assistance in buying a house. I dealt with Bobby who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was so informative and tailored houses searches to my requirements while also given information about the local area. I feel Bobby went over and beyond what was expected and that was very refreshing. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, however, Bobby restored faith in estate agency. A great help from Dexters Isleworth, while I was searching home with a "specific" budget in Hounslow area. I mainly interacted with Agent Beau Vaisey and he has reached out to me in a very regular interval with his updates and latest findings. Beau has tried a lot to find me a property at end of April 2019 [ exactly when I intended to move] - as my budget was very specific, he has been continuously searching for last 3 months and when he found one, he reached out to me quickly and arranged the viewing on very next day. Along with a few other Agents I interacted, Beau is very friendly and understands the requirements you have. Kudos and A big Thank You to Beau. Another friendly Agent who helped me in absence of Beau is Nikki Punjabi - by spending time with us in the property we selected, to be sure that the property is cleaned and in working condition. Wow!!!! Patience is certainly a virtue!! These guys are ALL blessed with patience, and they definately needed it with our sale!! The service was amazing. We were kept up to date immediately anything changed or needed attention, and in the loop at all times. Even on visiting the offices, all were friendly, polite and took the time to make you feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm sure at times they wanted to pull their hair out, as did we! Dexters in Isleworth, took over the sale of the property , after we experienced a very dificult time with one prospective buyer. Bobby arranged several viewings in quick succession and gave us excellent feedback. We did not reach the suggested price but a buyer with a realistic price was found in a very short time. Bobby was exceptionally helpful as we lived a distance from the property. Since the offer was accepted, the team at Dexters, Bobby, Jade (?), Hannah and Emily (hope I've got all the names correct!) handled the rest of the sale with efficiency and provided excellent service. Emily and Hannah were very helpful and impressed us with their understanding and knowledge of our situation.. The team went above and beyond in the final days by being exceptionally considerate in checking the house and reading the meters. Thank you.
