I rented a flat with Dexters and Jimmy was the estate agent assisting me. He has done a phenomenal job and explained everything thoroughly to me prior to renting. Throughout the process he has been extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely use dexters again to rent and would recommend anyone visiting their Isleworth site to definitely approach Jimmy if they require any help.

Worst experience I had with any estate agent. Having dealt with 3 small estate agents, thought Dexters would be professional true to their standard and size of organization. Contract was not made as per our requirement and on top of it haven't kept to thier promise made before signing the contract. Uses hidden legal terms and conditions which normal people cannot understand. We were overcharged though we vacated and even left the country due to VISA expiry. Even deposit refund delayed for months even after chasing, when asked they blamed the covid-19 situation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not professional and not tenant friendly. Even 1* is overrated.

Put our house on the market in May 2020 with Dexters Isleworth. We accepted an offer within 2 weeks but the buyer completely mucked us around,wanting to move our neighbours in to hotel accomodation to search for asbestos that didn't exist, thus trying to get £30 000 off the sale price in one huge scam. After the bitter disappointment of being utterly held to random by a dishonest buyer, Dexters didn't stop in their pursuit in finding buyers to view the property. Eventually 6 months later, Dexters found a lovely couple who made a good offer on the property. My wife and I cannot thank Emily, Paige, Zain and all the team at Dexters Isleworth for their dedication, patience and hard work in selling our property.Most people could of easily given up on selling the property, my wife and I had. They really are fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone selling a property. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Dexters Isleworth during the rental process. Thanks to Munir, everything went very smooth and easy before moving in. However once we moved in, there were lots of problems with the house and unfortunately the Dexters Maintenance Team was unable to perform good solutions. Seeing our new house many curtains down, beds placed in different rooms, broken wardrobe and many other issues was devastating. It’s been more than 1 month we moved in, there are still issues pending and although they have been informed many times, I still need to follow up and make reminders. Although my experience with the Dexters agents were great, I can’t say the same about maintenance team.
