If you´re looking for honest, efficient and reliable service go to Dexters. I recently moved here from Barcelona and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received. When I spoke to Amrit on the sales team, she was welcoming, honest and very reassuring. She was patient, polite and professional. Despite only having joined the team, she showed exceptional knowledge of the field, and had outstanding personable skills. Bobby and his team got a great price for my house in Hounslow and were able to find my families dream house after months of searching Great throughout the whole process and even though I live in Dubai they kept me informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend Dexters. Met with several estate agents online and in the local area but after meeting Bobby it was clear I would get the best and most honest service from Dexters. Their valuation of my property was higher than anyone else but most importantly they not only fulfilled their guarantee of getting the asking price but exceeded it. Have been kept regularly updated and all my questions have been answered promptly. Service was also very efficient. Property was listed the day after photos were taken and floorplans drawn up, viewings booked in from the following day and offers on the table almost immediately. Couldn't have hoped for more when I started this process.

I recently sold two properties in Isleworth with the kind help of Emily and her excellent team at Dexters. The process started in Jan 2017 as I interviewed all the local Estate Agents. Emily came with a compelling offer, excellent & relevant research on all the comparative sales in my area and a professional / listening attitude. I'm delighted that I went with Dexters as Emily and her team responded quickly & effectively to all the small issues that arose, we frequently adjusted our price and strategy to match the Market conditions (she kept me real) the first flat sold within 2 months and the second within 6 months. A fantastic outcome, I was so impressed by the quality of staff at Dexters that I was only too happy to give them individual Amazon gift certificates by way of thanks. I have needed a valuation of a property as well as assistance in buying a house. I dealt with Bobby who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was so informative and tailored houses searches to my requirements while also given information about the local area. I feel Bobby went over and beyond what was expected and that was very refreshing. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, however, Bobby restored faith in estate agency. He is Dexters were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate doing business with them again. I highly recommend Bobby as well.

I would highly recommend Emily and her team at Dexters Isleworth. We chose them because Emily was honest and friendly. Our two bed house was on the market quickly and sold within a week to a strong buyer and we had 4 different sets of buyers to choose from. The after sales care was really good, helping to liase between our buyers, their solicitor and ourselves. If you are selling a shared ownership property with Dexters ask them to make sure the solicitor they recommend specialises in shared ownership and be open to share contact details with your buyer, this will speed things up immensely and ease the stress of moving.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the team at Dexters, from start to finish the service was on point and they got us well over the asking price.
