We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. Amaan and the team at Dexters Isleworth were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I can’t recommend Amaan at Dexters Isleworth highly enough. His service really was second to none, and he made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, organised, and always on top of things, keeping me updated and making sure nothing was missed. Amaan’s understanding of the Isleworth market was excellent, and his advice was clear and practical. He was always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and happy to explain anything in plain terms. Rather strange as we didn't actually buy or sell through Dexters, but having had Danny liaise the chain that we are in, I cannot recommend them more highly. Not only Danny, but the odd colleagues of his he have been in contact with, have also been extremely professional. Other very poor performing elements of this chain have highlighted how important to me it is for a spot-on estate agent such as this. To administer the buying and selling process for all the various parties. Danny was professional, knew his stuff, negotiated fairly, was polite, respectful, well organised and most importantly actually did what he said he would do at all points, rare nowadays, not just in his industry. He handled an outragiously poor performing local solicitor, a very elderly client who needed his support and a buyer who was using some rather dubious and horrid negotiating tactics. Bloody well done Danny, it was a pleasure dealing with you

Dexters Isleworth has been a very professional unit when it comes to sale of my property. I already had a tentative buyer when I went to them. But I needed them to get the buyer confirmed and work through the sales process (paper work) from start to end. I rate them excellent in timely communication. They are a thorough professional unit. You can trust them for what they say. I had hoped they would bring more foot fall and some offers. I feel they didn't put enough effort there as I had already gotten them one buyer. Also, on solicitor's side delay, they could have pushed them a little harder (a straight forward deal) to complete the deal few weeks early if they had reached out to the right channels from the start for escalations. I give them a generous 4.5 though it will show only 4 in google rating. I will certainly recommend them.
