It was a great experience and learning working with the Dexters team. Teamwork at its par and ofcourse every person is lovely and helpful and want to deliver their best. Farah has been wonderful and managed to finally get my rental apartment signed off within the said timelines irrespective of ups and downs on the way. UPDATE: The 2 stars are for the letting/sales team. They are spot on. Property management team are worse than a potato. No communication within themself. No inventory report was provided when the property was handed over to us. During the time of departure no comms were given on what to do. I went to the office to handover the keys as nobody turned up at the property, no one had clue that i will be vacating the property. After few weeks an email regarding deduction to my deposit sent after challenging and providing all the necessary proofs the deduction was reduced to just cleaning and clearing charges. Lots of miscommunications within the team themselves. I was advised that the team will action the feedback given to them and to have prompt communications. I left the property in feb 2024 and i get an email today (30/05/24) asking to confirm if i have returned the keys to the property. After proving evidence of the keys deposited and pointing out their mistakes again and how unprofessional they are, giving all the unnecessary stress i asked them if they received the proof. No reply to the email. This confirms the level of professionalism.. which is 0. Waste of precious time giving feedback!!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , - Very helpful staff, welcoming with a smile. Munir was very professional and very helpful. Had some doubts regarding some terms, Munir explained it very clearly and passionately also made sure that all our questions were answered. I went in the office with stress came out with a smile.Would definatly recoment Isleworth branch for their quality service.

Kelvin worked late hours to ensure that I was able to move in and to ensure that the property was ok the night before with details such as the carbon monoxide alarm. He also enabled me to have a 2nd viewing and meet the landlords, who were able to provide more details on the things within the property. Grateful for his availability to answer my various queries. Don't choose any other estate agent but Dexters. The Isleworth branch is particularly excellent. I got valuations from multiple estate agents until I saw Zain from Dexters. He was professional, straightforward and fair. Throughout the selling process there were a number of snags - none of which were the fault of Dexters but nonetheless, they were there to advise and help whenever I needed. Sonia was fantastic in pushing the sale through. Janine played an instrumental role getting the sale of my house over the line. The number of unforseen issues encountered that were dealt with by Dexters, I don't think we'd have got this sale over the line with any other estate agent. A special thank you to Zain, Sonia and Janine. Also very helpful were Danny, Gemma and the friendly kind ladies who answer the phone. The best estate agent in the area hands down.
