I do not Usually write long reviews, but I think this experience may become helpful to home buyers. Dexter Islewhort is the worst agency I have ever encountered in my life. First, they tried to push us to buy a house giving us wrong information about the leasehold. During the visit, they showed us a big loft where we could extend the property, but the attic wasn't part of the house. They called us every day, pushing for us to complete paperwork and an expensive survey asap. Once we raise three simple questions about the property, they never never never reply to them, but they keep calling to push the paperwork forward. After a month of waiting for an answer without help, we walked away, and we lost 500 pounds and two months in the house search. Please avoid this company if you are a buyer; it will become your worst nightmare.

I've been renting for 10+ years and have had to deal with my fair share of shady estate agents, but it was a welcome surprise when I came to Dexters in Isleworth looking for a house for me and my cats. I was welcomed by the whole team but it was Manu who helped me find the right property at the right price. No lies, no sales tactics, he didn't pressure me at any point like I've experienced with other agents in the past. This team deserve recognition especially Manu for his amazing customer service. The cats and I couldnt be happier in our new home, but when we're on the move again, I'll be sure to contact Manu and the team.

Having never sold a house before we were not sure exactly what it entailed beyond employing an Estate Agent and a Solicitor. We found an excellent Estate Agent in Dexters, Isleworth. From the moment we walked into their office we were made to feel very welcome. I have to say that their service was exemplary and helped to make what could have been a stressful process all rather straightforward. Selling a house remotely from 200 miles away using a Lasting Power of Attorney was not without its problems, but the team handled it all superbly and kept us very well informed at every stage of the sale. So, thank you so much to Zain Bozai, Sophie Richardson, Paige Halloran and Janine Du Plooy. Now that it is all over, I think I will somehow miss you all, but we do wish you well in all your future work.

Amazing team at Dexters ! So hard to pick one person as they are all so helpful and will go out of their way to make sure the customer gets the best service. so hard, but I would say Jimmy Dhingra was outstanding as he helped me with contacts who were all amazing contractors that dealt with me in an honest professional way in order to let my property whilst making sure I got good rent after my sale fell through. Jimmy and the team recognised the financial hardship I faced after I was messed around by another local agent and dealt with my matter within days !! Thank you for NOT MAKING A DRAMA OUT OF A CRISIS but rather salvaging my situation !! You are all DIAMONDS !!

From start to finish the guys at Dexters Isleworth we’re just fantastic. They really are so on the ball when it comes to promoting, putting the word out and arranging viewings. They checked in constantly through every stage and really made us feel like we were being looked after. In the final stages of selling they were excellent at chasing up any loose ends and advocating for us if things were moving too slowly. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them if you want to sell your home. I had the pleasure of renting an apartment from Dexter’s, and I have to say that my experience is fantastic. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions and making the application process smooth and stress-free and special thanks to Connor Rowan! When I moved in, the apartment was in immaculate condition, with all of the appliances and fixtures in excellent working order. Any time I had a maintenance issue or needed something repaired, Dexters were quick to respond and get the job done right. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience renting from Dexters and especially from Connor Rowan. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a great location.
