We have bought our apartment with them and I couldn't be happier that we chose them to accompany us in this process. Danny Freedman showed us the apartment and helped us in the first steps and then came the incredible Janine, I had never come across a professional like her, she has been the one who has made our dream come true since the sale was delayed for a number of reasons and she was behind everything so that the deadline is fulfilled. I signed a 3 month contract and they failed to find me a buyer even though we reduced it by £75,000. They got me couple of offers well below the reduced prize and I felt they were pushing me to accept. After 3 months I went to another agent who got me my asking price but because the the buyer was also registered with Dexters and they had also showed him the property, Dexters wanted me to pay their fee too. When I spoke with dexters and explained that my new agent is getting my asking price which they couldn’t, I was told that that matter I would still need to pay their fee. If I sell the property to that buyer in the next 6 months then I will be penalised and he told me they can even bill me after the 6 months if it’s the same buyer or anyone else they showed the property to. I felt it was so unfair that this wasn’t explained before I signed for them. When I signed the contract I was told I could go to another agent after 3 months if they don’t find me a buyer. It’s been so stressful that I have decided not to sell my property. Will never use these people again, you get a lot better service from the so called smaller agents and they don’t hold you to ransom after you leave them.

I am using Dexters Isleworth for the first time to sell one of my properties. We are still in the initial stages but thus far I have found them to be outstanding. My file is being dealt by Lucy Fielder who is highly professional, efficient, friendly and courteous, as everybody else at the Isleworth branch. If I must find a negative, it would be their commission which is higher than that of any other agency in the area. However, the higher cost is compensated by their database of prospective buyers that the other two agencies I instructed on a multi-agency basis in connection with this sale do not possess. This was reflected in the number of viewings carried out by Dexters exceeding by far that of the other two agencies and so, in the end, it is worth paying extra for a better service. Further, of fundamental importance for me, is that they do things in a clear, organized and structured manner and they act with integrity. Unlike with other agencies, there is no opacity or "shadiness" about them.
