I came into Dexter's in Isleworth and was immediately greeted at the door by Simon who helped me through with my buggy and child. He gave my youngest something to colour as he and I spoke and this was very helpful for me to concentrate and talk. Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable to my many, many questions. Very pleased with my service and I highly recommended!

Had very good service from one of the agents, Kelvin. He was the only estate agent we worked with who actually listened to what we were looking for, showed us properties that matched and made sure it was all in budget! Too many estate agents try to up-sell you but Kelvin didn’t. He was friendly and polite throughout and followed up regularly. He was very clever at applying careful pressure throughout the process to keep the ball rolling, and perhaps drum up demand/interest, but unfortunately the Landlord’s offer didn’t suit us. If I was in need of a property again, I would definitely consider working with Kelvin.

People say that estate agents are on the sellers side. Having sold a property with Dexter's, we did not reach the same conclusion. Dexter's is on Dexter's side, no one else's. They are your typical estate agent company and tick all the clichés you expect. They will get the job done, just don't expect a pleasant journey on the way there.
