GoogleIn beginning when we rented the house through this agency all went smooth ,there were mound issues in the house which was not taken care of and we ended painting multiple times ,and we had to get our own humidifier.As we had already agreed for fully furnished house we were provided poor quality furnitures, bed and kitchen. As per the contract minor wear and tear was accepted for long term contracts.Now that we ended our contract with dexters They are using all our deposits in addition to all the dissatisfaction and problems faced in house. Smartly they send us the quote for deep wash cleaning of the house before living which we agreed for the set price and it’s obvious we would not entirely clean the house when we left as we agreed for deep wash service .Dexters has been dishonest manipulative ,our deposits have not been released saying they are using for house repairs which were not caused by us, we should have been a bit more diligent before we had agreed the contract to check all the things or atleast speak with prior tenants .
