I was recommended to use Dexters by a friend for letting out properties. I do not regret this decision at all. The lettings department at Isleworth were more helpful than ever and they are most professional team I have spoken too in a while. They had the best intentions for me and their customer service is brilliant.

Experience with Dexters has been very poor from the beginning to the end. If felt like Dexters had 7 hands to deal with same issue, and none of then were connected. To fix a simple issue it would easily take weeks/months e mail correspondences, and several people from Dexters’ side changing in between those e mails were only complicating things more. But the biggest disappointment and surprise was their poor level of ethics. After almost 2 years, they had notified us to vacate the apartment as “landlord wanted to use it for their own needs”, little after we were notified the apartment went on market at higher price. We did suspect there might a game behind the scene and hence meanwhile asked for landlord’s e mail, despite our numerous requests to get landlord’s e mails (in order to check the clocks with them), they always deviated to share their e mail, bringing landlord’s reluctance to do so (it is hard to believe that landlord would be reluctant to share his e mail, given the rent was stable paid, and at his visits to the apartment he left happy with its conditions!). Nonetheless, Dexters did hide the landlord basically completely limiting and them from any negotiations on price change. Funnily enough when we would be willing to pay the increased amount, when we saw it online, but it was too late as we had already committed to another house. So a very hungry desire to make more money on a new tenant at the cost of their ethics. We will try to never cross again with Dexters and do not recommend it to anyone.

These wonderful people at Dexters Isleworth are simply brilliant and friendly! The way they speak to you, patiently and positively, lifts your spirits. After more than 3 months of hunting for a house to rent and almost in despair, I found my present house and the agents at Dexters were very helpful in closing the deal smoothly. I was associated with Manu Gurukkal during the deal and even before while searching for houses and he is simply fantastic. He remembered me from previous meeting! He was very patient, answering my numerous queries sometimes stretching even beyond 6PM! He has complete knowledge of the property unlike other agencies and explains in detail. Dexters handle the process so professionally that some small things we overlook are brought to our notice. Not just Manu, others at Dexters also make you comfortable even when you pop in to their conveniently located office, right next to a bus stop. Overall, I am glad to be associated with Dexters Isleworth Estate Angents.
