GoogleWe’ve just returned from an enjoyable week staying in Kittiwake on The Esplanade. Although the weather was cold we were quite comfortable and cosy in the apartment. The WiFi signal was strong, enabling us to remain in contact with family. As we didn’t use the car for this holiday we purchased weekly passes for the bus and tram network. The tram terminal was only a few minutes walk away and proved very convenient to get around.

GoogleWhy do Estate Agents feel the need to compulsively lie? This is what I asked myself after there had been no progress since offer accepted and just repeated messages from Natalie that 'the seller had a cold' and 'the seller was on holiday' and 'I was on holiday' and 'it was Easter break so she was busy'. 4 weeks on with no initiated or completed paperwork, turned out that actually, the seller's onward purchase had either fallen through or was simply a fable to begin with. What annoys me so much is that honesty and transparency may have meant we remain in the purchase; instead you lose complete faith in the agent who is meant to be dealing with this. Would not recommend.

GoogleAfter deciding to move Mike came round and valued the house,he explained everything to do with the pricing very thoroughly ,he then created our brochure for our home sale, which made it look great and we were very pleased with the way it showed our home. Rachel kept us well informed on any progress,she was fab towards the end of our sale especially when there were issues with other parties . We would recommend Richard James to anyone who wants to sell/buy a property. They are on the whole a professional,friendly and approachable local business .

GooglePhil, Neil and Kellie and all the other members of staff I’ve dealt with at the Hornchurch branch have been fantastic! Great advice and communication from the very start along with a very honest and accurate valuation with competitive fees that ultimately resulted in tying up a sale in what could be considered a very difficult period of time in any year ( the run up to Xmas)!!! With some pre Budget “Rachel Reeves” nerves across the whole market to boot! And more importantly, each and every one of the team are very personable people. Great work 👏🏻👏🏻
