The transaction was a tricky one with one half of the chain being ready before the rest. Kelly kept a tricky first time buyer well managed simply through her kindness, courteousness and professionalism. Review of Property Management Agent: Nicky Scales A heartfelt thank you for outstanding support and professionalism We have recently experienced an incredibly stressful period as landlords, spanning the last six months. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful. Navigating the complexities of property law and tenant disputes can be overwhelming, but Nicky’s guidance made all the difference. She was always professional, patient, and exceptionally kind, gently leading us through every step and ensuring we felt supported and understood. Great service from getting the house on the market, the sale process and going above and beyond to sort out issues with the exchange and completion. Both Mike and Ollie are personable and straight talking. They know what your house is worth and don't over inflate so much so that we got the asking price. I recently got in touch with Ryder Dutton Royton to arrange a viewing for a property on Cumberland Drive. I spoke with Ammaarah, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from the outset. She answered all of my questions, got the viewing booked in quickly, and from there we decided to put in an offer. As you can imagine, this was a nerve-wracking stage, but Ammaarah really went above and beyond to guide us through the process. She was always available to answer any queries and was in constant contact with ourselves and the vendors to help the sale move forward. Working in an estate agency myself in Oldham, I understand the demands of the role and I can honestly say Ammaarah exceeded expectations throughout. Even after moving to another branch (a big loss for the Royton office!), Ammaarah continued to check in and ensure everything was progressing smoothly right up to completion. Her dedication and communication made the whole process much easier, and I can't thank her enough. I'd also like to give a special mention to Laura Chadderton, whose honesty and the information she provided really helped us along the way, we are very grateful for her support as well. We had initially bought our house from Richard James 14 years ago, after looking for a home that would accommodate our dogs. Avoid this estate agent They list property even if its not ready to move in. Landlords try to contact you directly. Non professional /serious behaviour by the agents. They don't care about what you upto just want to make money legally or illegally. They tried to keep my holding deposit. Tried to charge me the money for references. When i complained PRS they gave me my money back. Clearly shows how they are doing business. Bussiness is all about customers they need to learn that. AVOID THEM OR BE READY FOR ANY SITUATION
