I'm a 1st Time Buyer as I've been renting for years now. I've been in the Banking Industry for over 13 years. Tried a few brokers beforehand and didn't like the tone, pressure and lack of honest/open conversation. That is until I saw my dream property on right move. After my viewing I booked an appointment with Imogen from the Ipswich branch. I'm telling you I was blown away with her perfect balance of professionalism and customer rapport. Our discussion was clear, concise, simplified and was done at my pace. For someone who's been in management for years, the temptation was there to ask her if she had an interest in joining my team in retail banking as this type of service is very very rare and unique in these times. But she does this so well and is extremely passionate about her role so she was clearly made for this. Goes without saying that I'll be recommending her to colleagues and my customers alike. So refeshing hence 5 Stars.

Makena and Matt have been absolutely amazing in supporting me and my other half find our ideal flat which fits our criteria. They helped us through the process as it is our first time and has been intimidating but they have been incredibly informative, have good interpersonal skills and really makes the customer feel cared about as well as keeping the whole process fluent and understandable. Makena and Matt were definitely the deciding factor of the company we choose to go through with. They are all so kind and supportive they made the process so easy for us!
