One of the worst valuators

One of the worst valuators. I had signed up for an Octopus Commercial Bridging Finance deal and Fenn Wright commercial were sent to perform valuation. They took 8 weeks to respond to emails and communication and after persistent chasing they finally came on the 10th week, they simply dont respond at all. On they day of valuation, came a senior commercial valuator and a trainee. The senior guy did nothing but talk on phone outside and let the trainee do the job himself, he dint know how to use the tools to do the measurements.They went back and no response for about 6 weeks! then after chasing again sent a report with absolute terrible low down valuation with comparable as far away of 25 miles! In the same street there are commerical comparables which they did not put on their report, instead somewhere far of. After push back and arguments, they sent another report after 2 weeks with some decent valuation. Meanwhile my offer with Octopus had expired and had to reapply and ended up getting an investor loan and by the time I was granted bridging finance, I was almost half way through the project refub

My wife had to find an estate agent to sell her Aunt's property. As we don't live in the area it was a bit of a random choice to be honest, but from the very first phone call to Kirsty at Fenn Wright in Stanway to book a valuation, to Paul coming to the property to value and take details (the sales particulars looked amazing) right through to great advice and fabulous sales progression by Kirsty in what turned out to be a lengthy process although the property sold on day one. We couldn't have made a better choice if we’d tried. We had weekly updates from Kirsty, quite often before my solicitor updated us. We would 100% recommend Fenn Wright if you are looking for great professional service

I reached out to Fenn Wright as I had never sold a property before Callum came to my property and explained every detail of the process from start all the way until completion, he was extremely polite and professional - he filled me with confidence that the house was in good hands. Once the house went on the market Fenn Wright called me whenever someone wanted to view and arranged viewings with no fuss or hassle. The gentleman (I forget his name) always came well ahead of viewings so that he could prepare, the viewings happened during COVID-19, he ensured that he always wore a facemask and gloves, whilst minimising contact with anything within the house - he also ensured that people viewing the property also abided by these rules. Within a matter of weeks we had accepted an offer on our property - this was excellent and clearly demonstrated the professionalism and demand from their large client base. Throughout the "solicitor" process of the house sale, Shannon, was unbelievably helpful in resolving any issues that we had and did everything in her power to ensure that the house when from being sold to complete - My family and I are in our new property with little to no fuss! Overall the experience with Fenn Wright was 10 stars, I can only give 5 but if I could give 10 I would! For anyone who's looking to sell their house or are looking to buy a property I would highly recommend Fenn Wright for their professionalism, kindness, willingness, punctuality and more positive traits!

Lessons learnt. First buyer months in shifted quickly to an identical property in the block on a small technical issue, second buyer ghosted after offer, third buyer took near six months with no exchange and miraculously secured another property in two days.!!!! Progressing is extremely weak and ineffectual.

I am a client with current contract, very dissatisfied. I have a problem with the apartment, we have not had water in the shower for over a month. Christmas Eve the problem got worse, we ran out of water in the toilets, the bathroom sink, the shower, we have no bath water, we have no water for washing. We spent Christmas in this situation. We have water only in the kitchen sink, cold water, we have no hot water. Here lives a family of four, two adults and two small children. We are showering at the neighbors house a few days a week. The real estate company does not give us a date for the problem to be resolved. We said the landlord will be the one to solve, but his plumber is on vacation. Outraged, angry at this depressing situation we are going through, me, husband and children.
