Fenn Wright went out of their way in difficult circumstances. I did not think Estate agents did a lot before I went through this sale, but they were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. I was going to go with an "online" agent with an upfront payment as it was cheaper - but I am relieved that I didn't now as I am sure I would not have got the level of service and perseverance received I from Fenn Wright.

I am a client with current contract, very dissatisfied. I have a problem with the apartment, we have not had water in the shower for over a month. Christmas Eve the problem got worse, we ran out of water in the toilets, the bathroom sink, the shower, we have no bath water, we have no water for washing. We spent Christmas in this situation. We have water only in the kitchen sink, cold water, we have no hot water. Here lives a family of four, two adults and two small children. We are showering at the neighbors house a few days a week. The real estate company does not give us a date for the problem to be resolved. We said the landlord will be the one to solve, but his plumber is on vacation. Outraged, angry at this depressing situation we are going through, me, husband and children.

Kirsty has gone above and beyond! Not only doing her job but the solicitors as well, she has been supportive, extremely motivated to get this sale done! We couldn't have done it without her... Fenn Wright are very lucky to have this woman on their team!!! Ami and Jo have also had their parts to play, they were also extremely helpful and polite... Amazing service!

From the very start of our home search, the service received from Fenn Wright has been amazing. Over and above service…

I always knew I would use Fenn Wright when the time came to sell and I wasn't disappointed. First Phil, then Kirsty have been amazing. Excellent Customer Service

The service we have received from Fenn Wright has been second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and can't do enough to help. We had some difficulties with our purchase as there were some hurdles to overcome but Kirsty King supported us every step of the way and did all she could to get our purchase over the line. We cannot recommended fenn wright more highly, we found a house before ours was on the market and Phil did all he could to sell our home to the get the house we could see so much potential in. He communicated with us regularly, gave advice and overall just fantastic. After two weeks of waiting and several absurd demands on documents they declined my uk tenant because I had no proof of my wife's income, she sometimes works cleaning houses and gets cash in hand, they knew that only me being responsible for payments of rent and bills because my annual income is more than 30 times the monthly rent of the property. be careful, they will always ask for impossible documents and references to get your money!

I’d never rented with them before and…

I’d never rented with them before and after my experience with the Colchester branch I certainly. After what I can only call blackmail tactics to force our rent up well above the rate of inflation and a refusal to return us to a yearly contract. Having been called a good tenant they refused to give us a reference when we wanted to move because of frankly despicable behaviour. We never had issues like this wort the previous agents.

We decided to put our property in Colchester on the market with two estate agents and Fenn Wright had marketed the property and found a buyer before the other estate agent had even been to our property to take photographs! Once the offer was accepted the sale was completed in 12 weeks. We had 3 estate agents come to our property to give us a valuation and Fenn Wright stood out with their impressive statistics. They were very prepared for the appointment and gave the impression that they are serious about the service they offer which was supported by their level of service throughout the process.
