We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side. Kirsty was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects our house purchase, which completely filled us with confidence that everything was being taken care of. Will certainly be using Fenn Wright in the future and would highly recommend!

Professional and efficient service from start to finish. They quickly found a buyer who had nothing to sell, and who offered the asking price. Fenn wright were the 3rd estate agent we used after 2 unsuccessful ones. I wish we'd gone to them first! Kirsty & her team from the stanway office were the ones to eventually make our move complete. She was constantly keeping us updated on what was a very stressful move. She was friendly & approachable whilst still being professional. She clearly knows her stuff & worked very very hard to make it come together. I will actually miss not talking to her now we are moved! She restored my faith in estate agents & I would highly recommend her & her team.

No hot water or heating for over a week. Reported a window security issue, still heard nothing 8 days later despite me chasing it. Took the guy handling it 4 days to realise our boiler was under warranty so they couldn't do anything and will be ten days without when anyone finally can fix it. And that's assuming Fennwright got it right and sent them the correct information for them to fix otherwise could be waiting even longer. Can't do washing, costing us a fortune using a little heater and boiling kettles to bathe and wash up. Absolutely shocking. They've been poor in the past but this is ridiculous and illegal. Disgusting.

Fantastic service

Fenn Wright were great to deal with during the recent sale of our house. Very transparent and acted very quickly. We mainly dealt with Shannon Lay and she was fantastic from start to finish.
