I found them to be excellent at communicating when it came to the multiple viewings of our properties, and very good at working out what type of property I wanted to view. This purchase was extremely taxing for everyone involved & made more complicated by having 2x first time buyers buying 2 separate properties. Without the expertise of Kirsty holding it all together this sale would not have happened. She kept us fully informed of the good & sometimes bad news at all times & was doing the job of the solicitors by liaising with all the other agents involved in this chain. We can’t thank Kirsty & her team enough for helping us especially when she worked during her holiday with her family to ensure that the exchange & completion on the same day happened. Thanks again Kirsty you were awesome.

We bought our house through Fenn Wright. We would like to thank the team at the Felixstowe office for their patience with our viewing appointments. In particular, Debbie Oliver the Sale Progressor, was excellent with her perseverance and positivity and commitment with her time, patience and sheer dedication to getting our purchase achieved. Given the importance of exchange and completion, Debbie projected calmness and positivity throughout. We really felt Fenn Wright cared because of her wonderful professionalism. Very good work all round.

Very shocking customer service. Viewed a property to rent and waited over an hour outside the front door to be told they didn't have access and was watching the locksmith trying to get into the property as they didn't have access for whatever reason. We waited over an hour as we really liked the look of the property from the photos online. We entered and at first was nice until we entered upstairs which was so damage and a horrendous standard to even show potential renters. There were red stains on carpets, filthy bathrooms, damaged walls and looked like the previous tenants has tried to rewire the house themselves as all the walls were botched. We liked the area and phoned Fenn Wright that we was dissapointed as they advertised the property with photos of a brand new house and since then its had damage and this is false representation and the lettings lady just said the landlord does not pay for end of tenancy inspection. But we asked if these problems would be rectified before new tenants but they kept fobbing us off with saying they would ring back but never did! We could of literally of walked into anything if the property had never been checked from previous tenants and used a locksmith to get in on the time of our viewing appointment. Extremely unprofessional. We then emailed them, sent messages to online chat and phoned numerous times to put our interest forward to be told they would contact us back but they never did or acknowledged our email. This service is shocking and especially fobbing off potential renters is just horrific when they are asking for so much rent monthly as well. Poor customer service from Fenn Wright and I certainly wouldn't want to use them in the future!

We sold our property in a week through Fenn Wright in Sudbury. Every member of the team was polite, helpful and efficient. They created a great sales brochure in record time and organised viewings within a few days. It was easy to phone the office to track progress. We welcomed their help to find an EPC surveyor and a choice of local lawyers for conveyancing. I would definitely recommend.

We were in a short chain and Ryan and the team follow up post sale up and down the chain to ensure a speedy completion. They were also very competetive on price.

GoogleExcellent client service from Shannon Lay who actively chased things along for us until exchange of contracts and made sure to keep us updated at every stage. Good advice on value and also negotiation skills when it came to offer stage. Shannon is obviously well connected with local solicitors as she was able to get information out of the chain at every stage and was often better informed than my solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Shannon and the team at Fenn Wright.

GoogleWe have been renting with fenn wright for 4 years next month and have not had the best experience, getting job in the house done and chase the landlord, but last thursday 2nd march 2023 our boiler was serviced and was condemned unsafe, we was not looking forward to getting this sorted , but Mel Rowlands in ipswich branch contacted my husband and with in hours of finding out about the boiler and had started getting quotes the landlord wanted to send his own person in to sort but Mel chased this the whole time since Thursday and has been on it the whole time , we feel that Mel Rowlands is the best person we have had contact with at fenn wright and we have had contact with alot of the people Working there , but mel has been the most helpful person so far and even tho we still have to wait a whole week till we get a new boiler , if they was not for Mel Rowlands we could of been waitting longer , we would like to thank you for this and hopefully with you now knowing the situation with the house maybe we will get all our repairs done that we have been waitting for the landlord to do for the last 3 years and a half.

We've just sold our house and bought our new house through Fenn Wright in Felixstowe, and they have been absolutely brilliant! Our main contact has been Charley, who has been so on the ball and efficient, knowing exactly what we were looking for and dealing with everything so smoothly! We went on the market end of January, accepted an offer end of March, and moved the end of April! As well as Charley we've been dealing with Ruby, Jazmin and Sienna, and they've all been super helpful and professional. We can't thank you enough!

Especially as a first time buyer it was really stressful process but Shannon was really helpful and made me feel informed about everything step by step. She was amazing at her job! We had viewed a couple of different properties through them before deciding on our current property. I found all of the consultants were very informative and friendly(especially Sean!). Only we found Chris was not so informative during the view the property which we bought. He was something like in a rush, so we had to finish the viewing very shortly. But the rest of the team was fantastic. So they really deserve 5 stars! Thanks all!

GoogleWe sold our house through Fenn Wright during the crazy stamp duty period. It was a very busy time for them but we were very happy with the service they provided, especially towards the end whilst we were dealing with issues relating to our purchase. Our agent, Callum was professional, understanding and supportive and the progress chaser, Annie was fantastic, especially during the last few weeks at being the link between parties, chasing, offering advice and support and just listening when we hit a few bumps in the road (all relating to our purchase and not our sale through them). For us, Fenn Wright being regional was a great fit for us, the professionalism and set up of some of the nationals with the area knowledge of the locals. We would recommend them and use them again.
