Selling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.

I am so much grateful for your excellent service, your employees are very professional and very friendly. I would like to mention the 2 we dealt with, Rhys who managed to give us all the information and broke it down to the end until we got to understand the two products you guys offer under renting. Being new to the country we didn't know the no deposit option, but he managed to explain it to us as well as the deposit option giving us the opportunity to choose which one we liked. He was patient with us, took us step by step. We would also like to mention Holly, for the job well done, her insights were very valuable to us as well as her expertise in the sense that we managed to understand the whole process, and she is also extremely responsive. You're the best guys, keep up the good work. Abbotts Team you have made our settling simpler as well as making our desire to have a place we call home easier. I had a very bad experience with this agency specially Holly and Reec. I had a viewing which was arrange by Holly and I drove 2hrs journey to view a apartment when we reached Holly had no keys for the apartment and made us to come to view in 1hr time and she promised she will show us in 1hr time however after a long wait she was unable to show us the apartment and promised us that in the following week she will do the video tour and send it over, guess what she came with a reply stating the apartment is no more available however she promised us a new property and advised us that since she will be going on holiday in next week Reec work colleague will assist us with further details on it and still Reec disappointed us full week giving different excuses. Very bad experience with this agency.

I am writing to confirm the withdrawal of our offer for the purchase of the above premises. From the outset your service has been nothing short of appalling, firstly you neglected to mention in any of your sale advertisements that this property is a 'listed building', you also didn’t mention that this premises is in a conservation area, the first we knew of these very important details was when our own solicitor informed us some weeks into negotiations! Your customer service is nonexistent, even today (like on so many previous occasions - for example last Thursday - no return call) (today is Tuesday) you haven’t returned my call. You have left me no alternative other than to seek a purchase elsewhere with a reputable agent. In order that others may be deterred, and not subjected to such a horrendous experience - which has resulted in a significant cost to me, I am sending a copy of this email to your head office to advise them how you run your branch!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
