Many thanks to Leon, Paul and the team at Abbotts. Selling my uncle's flat was definitely a marathon not a sprint! The team never gave up when selling this property. When we finally got a buyer they were pro-active in keeping the sale going. I was always made welcome when I popped in, and any phone calls I made were returned as promptly as humanly possible.

I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint, I'm just not that into you!

Charlie, with Abbotts Ipswich is amazing and very helpful in finding the right properties and showing them around. He knows his stuff very well and was able to answer all queries. Definitely is a good experience and strongly recommend using Abbotts!

Right from the start, Abbotts and in particular Ryan were brilliant, extremely helpful and patient, helping and explaining the process, making it easy. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions, were quickly answered, quite often by phone, which I think makes it more personal and made me feel more valued. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Absolutely the worst Estate Agent. 'Damien was useless as the Lettings Manager. He ignores all correspondence and is NOT willing to help with any issues. Does not even deserve one star. Considering you pay over £2000 in charges to move into the property you end up doing the most of the work yourself!!!!

Harry Stoner was an absolute star when selling our property and helped us purchase our new home. Harry managed to find us a buyer in three weeks and kept us updated throughout the sales process.
