I relocated to ipswich 6 months ago with my family for a new job and a fresh start and Abbotts helped to make this daunting process a lot easier. Although there have been a few teething issues with the property (which I suspect were mainly due to the previous tenants not reporting issues or looking after the property) These have all been resolved swiftly and I cant thank Olivia and Damian at the Ipswich Branch enough for their support and understanding. My family and I are now looking forward to a happy tenancy until I am able to buy our own home in the area.

Thank you Abbotts Estate Agent’s in Ipswich. Harry has been excellent to deal with, he has kept me up to date throughout my selling process. When Harry was on annual leave I spoke with Paul Ward who valued my property. I trusted his judgment on the value and can safely say I sold within a week. Before I even put my house on the market with Abbott’s Harry has already booked viewings for me. I can’t thank you enough and I will stay in touch. #goodbye to online agents when abbotts are around.

Unprofessional and rude! Had a viewing with the woman called Jessica who first of all totally forgot about our scheduled appointment! So after calling many times managed to rescheduled for later in the day. This is after we has driven 20 miles to come and view the property. When we did arrive for the viewing with. We were told to wait outside while the property was being viewed by someone else, so with her running late was running, that meant we were running late into our own plans too! There was no apology or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion. Apon finally viewing this house and asking questions about the property - she didn’t have a clue and didn’t know anything about the house! Her favourite line and only answer was ‘Errmmm I don’t know’.This is not what is expected when you are viewing any property. We really liked the house, but this whole experience put us off completely and we decided not to go any further. Very disappointed! Abbot's might be wise to consider sending her on any future vewings!

As a first time buyer, I had visited many estate agents looking for help, however I soon ended up choosing to continue my mortgage application and property searches through Abbotts due to the excellent service received from Harry and Eva (for the mortgage). A big thank you to the both of them, as they are both a credit to the company. Out of all the estate agents I had visited, Harry was the most helpful and provided me with lots of properties to view and always called back to ask me what I had thought. I have to say that the mixture of friendliness and professionalism at Abbots is amazing! Staff who clearly know their stuff and compliment this with the right attitude to the client. We mostly dealt with Leon, who is most pleasant to deal with, and his level of attention was perfect and not too intense. he truly understands what a client needs. Absolutely shocking, I have never ever in my life been made to feel the way I did. The estate agent Dale was so rude, he was offensive and unhelpful. His attitude was one of the worst I've ever experienced, he was not interested in my property, undervalued it by at least 10,000 and made derogatory comments about the previous occupants. He was both patronising and obnoxious and incredibly rude even making comments about my personal situation.

I can't speak highly enough of Abbotts Agency, and in particular, Terrell and Yuillia. From start to finish, they were the definition of professionalism and care, knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently courteous.
