Highly recommending AVOID, Rude staff who only look out for each other and don't have any care in the world for people who DO want to rent one of their advertised properties. Only interested in a house sale to make money, don't give a monkey about rental properties. Rude and un-interested people showing you around properties, don't mention you get Universal Credit Top up or have pet's! They will look down on you as if you've pooped on their shoe. They start off nice until you mention your disabled or on benefits, shocking how they treat people. If your a landlord using Croft's you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Cannot rate the Cleethorpes branch of Crofts highly enough. From the initial valuation appointment until the final day of our sale the sales team excelled. We had a prolonged and at times difficult sale, but the staff remained positive, professional and positive throughout. Special mention to Vicky who we felt went over and beyond what we expected. Best estate agency I've ever used, so helpful both with selling ours and helping to sort out problems with our purchase which the sellers agency should have done but didn't. All the staff are brilliant and very helpful but Vicky went more than the extra mile and kept us informed every step of the way. I was asked to take my review down as a good will gesture. which I did... I was hoping to see and improvement after a meeting we had. which the meeting seemed to go well. As it stands now. They are not charging me for everything she claimed I did in the house. "state of the house" (poor decorating). but now she wants my full deposit for cleaning 2 carpets and a house clean!!! It's not acceptable. They will do anything to keep your money ! I have my own videos and pictures of the state of the house they left me to live in. That will follow shortly if nothing is resolved.
