I recently used Crofts to sell my house as well as purchase a new house through them. My entire house selling and buying journey was a much more pleasant process than I could have asked for. From start to finish, I felt very looked after by the team at Crofts and they were all so friendly, professional and helpful. From Matt coming round to take photos and organise my house sale, to Sue attending the viewings, and to Emma being at the end of the phone whenever I had any queries or needed help with anything. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped me massively when things got slightly overwhelming. Credit where credit is due! If I could rate more than 5 stars I honestly would!!! I’ve dealt with Crofts in Immingham previously and again more recently. My first contact was with Matt, he was super helpful, extremely polite & made me feel very welcome. I don’t know where to start with this next one…I was so impressed with Donna who had dealt with my purchase and oh my…I hadn’t realised that businesses these days could still offer this high level of service. Honestly, Donna updated me every single step of the way and was always one step ahead. Not forgetting Michelle either, she was there for some great advice regarding my mortgage and nothing was too much trouble! There isn’t anything I would suggest these guys do differently, if you want an extremely high level of service then I highly recommend you use Crofts in Immingham. I’ve tried to purchase properties from other estate agents and most have failed to even contact me. Definitely my number one priority regarding property sales, purchases & lettings!!

All calls, queries and emails are answered promptly and I was kept informed regularly as to how my property was performing.
