GoogleThere's a reason why Crofts have a lot of for sale and Sold boards in immingham, and that's because of their professionalism and knowledge. I am looking to move to the area, so went to see a house we love. Sue the lady from Crofts gave my family and I really valuable information not just about the house but about the area too, and it's all the things that as a potential buyer with a family I'd need to know, schools, amenities, what the area is like in general. Couldn't have been happier with how my enquiry was treated. Great work.

Hi Daphne, We’re sad to receive your recent review. I’d like to take the opportunity to explain our version of events, which will hopefully restore your faith within the market and our company. The property which you had offered on was particularly popular, with multiple offers received, one of which was yours. In accordance with our office policy, we did our due diligence on the multiple offers received, checking chain details, buyers’ positions and how the buyer would be funding the purchase. These checks are crucial, as they allow us to present the facts to the vendor when discussing offers. As the offers received were all very similar, it was agreed with the owner, to give everybody who offered a fair chance, that we would go back to all parties and obtain their best and final offer. Once all best and final offers were received, we provided impartial advice to the owner, providing only the facts that would help them to decide which buyer to go with. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you, but I can assure you that our team aim to provide an unrivalled service for both the buyer and seller. However, in such a busy market, especially where properties are extremely popular, it can lead to disappointment and frustration as there can only be one buyer. GoogleContacted the agency to view a.couple of.properties to let was brilliantly dealt with as I live quite a way out from.the area and the new covid safety guidlines means public transport is not running as often in my town so set up 2 virtual viewings for these properties , very consistent when making enquirys with them and dearly with quickly
