The photography of properties with this agent are especially misleading. Wide angle lense are common place in this business but used to this extent I found it misleading and disappointing. I was looking to buy a house larger than my current one and this house looked to have bags of space. However upon arrival found it to be smaller than my existing house. It is the biggest difference in size I've found in any property I've viewed. Lesson learnt here, don't trust Dale Eddison's photos and I will always compare exact measurements in future.

Dale Eddison is a disgrace. They don't care about the law and tenants. They only care about the landlord because he is the one giving more money. I would not recommend anyone to let with them. At the end of the tenancy they will side with the landlord and do whatever the landlord pleases regardless if it's the right thing or not or legal!!!
