So glad we decided to sell our property with Elders Estates. The service we received was outstanding by every member of the team. The staff are all very friendly, yet incredibly professional & added that personal touch. We were constantly kept up to date with progress ect. We have already recommended their services to family & will continue to do so in the future. Thank you again for making our sale as stress free as possible.

This was our first sale of a property and we must say it was a great experience. They was very professional and helpful along the way through selling it for us. Great communication and always at the end of the phone for advice. If I was to sell a property again these would be my first port of call. Thank you all so much you was amazing.

I have used a lot of estate agents over the years and have to say that Elders are by far the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. The level of service is outstanding, and the staff are very polite and helpful.

Over the past 12 months my partner and I have sold 5 properties through Elders, and have bought one which we have then gone on to let, also with them. Obviously, the fact that we have returned to the same firm time and time again shows how we feel about the service provided. They are a great team - Andy for the sales, Dan for the lettings and Hayley keeping it all running like clockwork in the office. They know the area well and therefore can be relied upon to give professional advice on current prices and the property market. We loved the professional photos that showed off the houses to their best. Plenty of follow up provided after viewings and always available at the end of the phone. We are very happy with the service from Dan regarding the rental property and he provided honest advice on any prospective tenants after viewings. Can't fault them - if you need to sell, buy or rent then we cannot recommend them more highly. Go with the best. Many thanks. Jennifer & Tim

After previously helping us to provide contracts for our tenant we decided to use elders to sell our property. They were really reasonably priced and were realistic in their valuation of our house. Unfortunately we decided to sell just as the initial lockdown happened - they were really supportive and got viewings up and going the second they could. This helped us sell our house quickly once the restrictions had lifted. Couldn’t recommend them enough.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

As a rule, I like a lot of people don’t rate estate agents but Andrew Elder and is team were the exception to the rule, as I found them very helpful honest and upfront, and got my complicated sale through, so I find it easy to recommend them and would def use them if needed in the future.

It was clear from our first meeting that Elders was the best choice for selling our house. The salespeople have great integrity, not pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable. The process ran very smoothly with good communication throughout. Excellent photography and prompt actions ensured a quick sale. Highly recommended.

We put it up for sale just before the first lockdown and the market dropped like a stone. Elders were very attentive, made a video and refreshed photos and marketed it properly and gave good advice. Then when trade picked up they managed some competitive bidding with a good outcome and no fuss. We would use them again . Very good value.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After trying to sell our house previously and unsuccessfully, we were impressed with Elders- they had a good plan, very reasonable fees and valued our house at the most realistic price. Communication was good throughout, regular updates and they organised many viewings for us. When we did sell (after not too long) Andy and Dan continued their excellent communication and ensured a smooth sale. Would recommend and use again.

Great service, realistic valuations which result in a sale rather than promising things they can’t deliver. Really helpful throughout the whole sale/purchase process - wouldn’t sell a house through anyone else now! 100% recommend 😊 …

Elders were amazing during our recent house sale. We had some issues with our solicitors, but Elders helped us out at every stage, always happy to chase things up and keep us in the loop on the sale - I don’t think we’d have coped without them!
