Always pleasant and professional staff. In particular Hayley who went out of her way, above and beyond to assist me with the progression of my purchase. Without Hayley, I don't think my purchase would have completed and I would 100% recommended using Elder Estates (Bath Street)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I cannot fault the service which was provided by the Elders team. Special thanks to Haley who kept chipping away at my solicitor when the communication became difficult. Their dedication & hard work certainly gets results. I would recommend Elders to anyone thinking of selling. 😊PositiveProfessionalism

The house I recently purchased was listed with Elders estates and I was so happy with their service. I was a first time buyer with my sister and I had many questions about the process as I have never done anything like this before. Everyone at Elders Estates was so helpful and happy to help. Andrew in particular was very helpful, always replied to my emails promptly and was super friendly which made the experience less daunting. I am so happy with our house and incredibly impressed with the service Elders Estates provided. In many years when I come to sell my house I know who I will be using.😁

Having bought and sold a number of houses over the last few years I have experienced a range of estate agents. Elders are up with the best, you can always get hold of them, never fobbed off with fake excuses or too busy to deal with you as experienced recently with other agents, just real advice and assistance from genuine people who care. The photography and 3D tour are the best I’ve seen to really make the property stand out. I will use them on my next property sale and will recommend them to friends.

Elders have just helped me and my partner buy our first home. They were always incredibly prompt in getting in touch or replying to emails, were easy to reach over the phone, and always accommodating towards us! They always made time for the several viewings we made on the property, often clearly going out of their way to rearrange their own appointments just to make time for us. We will absolutely think about using them again in a few years time when it comes to selling our own home.

I have just sold a house through Elders having tried to do so through other estate agents previously. Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. They certainly rank as the best estate agent to sell a property with in Ilkeston.

I have been using Elders as a letting agent for my two rental properties for a couple of years now and it is the best service I have ever received by an estate agents by a country mile. There is a lot of time wasting and fobbing off in this industry, particularly by the national players, but this family run business are very customer-centric and all queries are dealt with very swiftly and to a very high standard - special shout out to Dan who has been brilliant!! Thanks guys...
