We purchased our first home through Elders Estate. From the beginning to the very end they were fantastic. We felt no pressure when visiting the property as well as asking to see the property for measurements etc. We were kept up to date with information and they chased up any enquires we had. The staff at Elders Estate are friendly, easy to talk too and brilliant at their job. As a first time buyer we were very clueless about the process however everything was explained clearly and we are so pleased Elders was involved during our purchase of our first home!

Elders Estates have literally been a dream to work with. I have been house hunting for a year, I found my 'doer upper' on Elders site. Andrew and his team are professional with the personal touch we deserve. They were always available phone/email and in person if necessary; they understood I work shifts which they accommodated for. I would highly recommend them to sell your property and buy from them. Many thanks Sarah-Jane

A big thank you to the team at Elders Estates at the conclusion of our house sale. Great service from the outset, beginning with impressive use of technology for photography through to on-going dialogue as potential purchasers engaged. Andrew is a convivial, down to earth agent, and his knowledge and experience was much appreciated. I'll happily recommend - support your local estate agent!!!

What can we say about Elders Estates! We’ve just sold our home through Elders and relocated 250 miles away. Elders were brilliant in making this an easy transition for us. Absolutely 5* service. Andrew, Cathy, Naomi and the team were second to none. What a fantastic service, excellent communication and an overall very positive experience. Such a family oriented, friendly team. We would recommend 100%

We bought our house through elders and it was a lengthy process with complications from no fault of elders. Andrew showed us around the property and we fell in love with it! The staff at elders were always willing to help with our queries and answer our questions throughout the process. Meghan in particular was outstanding and nothing was ever too much to ask! She is fantastic and a credit to elders!

I recently purchased a property advertised by Elders Estates, the purchase process became very drawn out, and while Elders were not actually acting for me, they kept me updated and returned all of my calls promptly and professionally. Special thanks to Naomi and Andrew. I would definitely recommend Elders to anyone looking for a local Estate Agent to market their property as without their help, my own deal could easily have fallen through.

Elders wasn't actually representing us on our sale but our purchase house was through them. Our house move was a long drawn out process with alot of bumps along the way and a horrendous 3 day completion. After receiving zero help and guidance from my estate agent, elders really went above and beyond not only supporting their own client but myself and my partner also. Really grateful and genuinely think without their input we might have not got the house move over the line.

It's the second time in five years that I've instructed Elders Estates to sell a property for me. On both occasions, despite difficult circumstances, I have found them to be efficient, friendly, professional, proactive and reactive. I cannot fault the service from Andy and his team, and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dealt with Andrew who was very professional and supplied us with a lot of info, the property sold on the first visit, unfortunately the sale fell through due to us not being able to find a place to move to. We will return to Elders once the market cools down a bit.PositiveProfessionalism, Value
