Elders Estates was first recommended to us by a neighbour. Andrew Elder came out and gave us a free valuation and advice several months before we were ready to sell. Being a local family run company they are very knowledgeable about the local housing market and other local firms who can help with house clearance etc. They did an excellent sales brochure and interactive walk through of the property on the internet and their marketing placed the property on national web sites as well. Andrew and the team kept us up to date throughout the sales process and chased solicitors. We could not have been more satisfied with their service and local knowledge. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service from a caring and local agent, couldn’t have asked for an easier and smoother process of selling our house. You get help, guidance and support all the way through from initial valuation, admin bits & bobs, keeping you up to date with viewings and helping with the questions you need answers for, even right at the last minute before you exchange and complete. Marketing is spot on and doesn’t over exaggerate like a lot of other agents, means people really enjoy and like the viewing experience when they come around. Meghan was quick to pick up on feedback. The team kept the chain updated and made it progress smoothly. Everyone they recommended I used (solicitors and surveyors) where clearly tried and tested people who they trusted to do business with. The process of buying and selling property can be daunting but Elders Estates made it a simple and easy process. I vetted several local estate agents, all of whom were very nice, but Andrew had the edge. I thought about who I would want to buy from and Andrew was our man! He was honest, personable and someone you felt comfortable with. All of the team were incredibly helpful and efficient. When Andrew wasn’t available Naomi was. She knew who I was, why I was calling and was always able to deal with and pass on any information required. The team have a unique way of making you feel like you’re their only client and that nothing is a problem or a bother. Photography and 360 tour was promptly completed and the property was live incredibly quickly and yet, before that, they already had potential clients set up. I found them to be efficient, knowledgable, hard working and when one sale fell through (through no fault of theirs) another one was quickly lined up! You literally can’t ask for more. I couldn’t recommend them more highly if you’re looking for a thoroughly good job to be done well.

We purchased our first home through Elders Estate. From the beginning to the very end they were fantastic. We felt no pressure when visiting the property as well as asking to see the property for measurements etc. We were kept up to date with information and they chased up any enquires we had. The staff at Elders Estate are friendly, easy to talk too and brilliant at their job. As a first time buyer we were very clueless about the process however everything was explained clearly and we are so pleased Elders was involved during our purchase of our first home!
