TrustpilotHighly Recommend for rental and sales... ..
I'd like to offer my sincere and utmost thanks to Payne & Co for what can be described as the most smoothest, honest and genuine transaction to purchasing my 1st ever property. From the get go Imran Hussain was open, honest and explained everything down to a T. He had the knowledge of a vendor, buyer, valuer and broker all rolled into one and got everything sorted in less than a week. A big thank you also to Jacqui, Ken fir adding to the experience. The entire team effort was tremendous. He changed my entire outlook on buying and selling. Imran has put me in touch with reliable and trustworthy brokers and solicitors who haven't failed either. His expert knowledge on property investment truly helped in making an informed decision. Would highly recommend and be putting my friends and family in touch. Added bonus is there's no hidden fees like many other estate agents. Many Thanks to the team and Imran @payne&co
