They do not deserve even a single star! Extremely unprofessional and disorganised agency. Serious issues were present from the beginning of our tenancy, including a non-working boiler, dysfunctional ridge/freezer and excessive mould. They knew this prior to the tenancy commencing and despite these issues being repeatedly reported, they consistently avoided accountability. Colin is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to deal with. His handling of the situation has been appalling, with statements being made that are contradicted by our emails, photographs and other evidence. They appear willing to make things up to suit their position rather than take accountability. He has single handedly destroyed the reputation of this company. When it comes to your deposit, be extremely careful and document everything, THEY WILL go to lengths to try and steal your deposit money and take whatever they can, they WILL lie and I have evidence of this. Overall, the worst and most unprofessional letting agents I have ever dealt with. I don’t think there could possibly be a letting agent as bad as this.

The worst letting agency, genuinely the most horrific I have come across. Their level of professionalism is so poor. You’re met with lies, they will try to steal from your deposit and anything you need done for your property will be made out to be a fault of your own. Avoid this business at all costs for your own good. Colin is a nightmare to work with. He’s rude, dismissive and completely disrespectful.
