GoogleI recently sold my house with Payne and co. In fact we'd bought it 23 years ago using them then also. The whole team that I dealt with from Ken who came out to view the house at the beginning , to Bil who dealt with my ever increasingly anxious telephone calls amicably and patiently and Imran and Tom who were also professional and friendly throughout (apologies if I have missed anyone out) the service I received from them was great.

GoogleWe went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam 1st Edit: My 1st reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company. 2nd Edit: My 2nd reply to yours: First of all, the flat was listed by your company, not a different one. On Rightmove, there is your address, not the address of the company you tried to push forward to take YOUR fault. At least now, be professional and assume the errors that you make and stop trying to act like people are stupid and get you wrong, because this is not the case. Second of all, I think you forget what your website shows. Indeed, the company you suggested to make a review exists, but it is also included in your point of contact section, so that would still fall under your company duty. And lastly, I wrote this review for the whole company, not specifically to the sales area, because your whole company works on both sales and renting. So, do not try to fool people here as long as we are aware of our acts. I can see that I am not the only one here complaining about you, so you may want to think this is a sign to work on your professionalism and how you deliver your work to the clients, not to try get out of it blaiming others, or suggesting people are lying because you “do not have any knowledge” of this. Another pic attached. I have pics from inside the house as well. If Google asks, I'll provide them even more details.

GooglePayne & Co Estate Agents are a very professional and knowledgeable business very aware of the local housing stock and market. When advertising and ultimately selling our house we were very impressed with the effort and guidance offered by Ken, Imran and Bilal whose collective knowledge took the uncertainty out of selling our house. They can also recommend solicitors and removal companies if you are not aware of any and will also work alongside your preference if you do. They are also very friendly and supportive. We have no hesitation in recommending this local family estste agents to prospective house sellers.

Avoid this company at all costs! Extremely unprofessional, rude and disorganised agency. Serious issues were present from the beginning of our tenancy, including a non working boiler, a dysfunctional fridge/freezer and excessive mould. Despite these issues being repeatedly reported, they consistently avoided accountability. Colin in particular is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to deal with. His handling of the situation has been appalling, with statements being made that are contradicted by our emails, photographs and other evidence. They appear willing to make things up to suit their position rather than take accountability. When it comes to your deposit, be extremely careful and document everything, THEY WILL go to great lengths to try and steal your deposit money. Overall, the worst and most unprofessional letting agents I have ever dealt with.
