GoogleValued correctly, sold quick and advised me every step of the way, they were always on hand when the sale got tough due to the buyers poor solicitor. All staff were excellent, can't fault the service.

As a tenant, I have been impressed with their efficiency and fairness. They have been sensitive when showing new tenants around and always check that its convenient. They are always happy to discuss any issues and always call back when they say they will. In addition, they have handled neighbour disputes with diplomacy and tact.

GoogleWe bought our property through this agent and they have been absolutely brilliant. They always respond very quickly and are very professional and friendly. If one of the agents is away, the other agents will pick up any correspondence so that someone is always getting back to you very quickly about any queries.

GoogleWe was six years with them as a Tennant. They never changed anything at the beginning (painting, carpet, etc). When we moved they took our deposit money and they said we damaged the house. But the sales team were good, we bought a house from them. The employee helped us lot.

GoogleMake sure you have pictures of the property rent from them. They will try to charge you for changing the old worn off carpet and repair the damp wall of the flat. I was saved because I took plenty of pictures before I move in to the property.

GoogleGraham and Colin looked after my property for about 4 years and I have to say that it was a fabulous experience, nothing was too much trouble! I have to say I would definitely recommend their services to anyone thinking about renting out their property in the area.
