GoogleThey try to steal deposits and go back on promisies! And behave in a manner that is completely unprofessional. Please avoid Hill Estate
Lol. Another one. Doesn’t make sense how we been in business for sooo many years with loyal landlords and repeat tenant clients. Like I asked the others. I’ll ask you as well. Can you tell who you actually are and which property your referring too. A deposit is there legally for a reason. You can’t hold landlords / agents responsible if the tenant that vacated left with either rent arrears or damages to the property. None of these fake reviews will make us fold and do as you or friend wants. They should have abided by the terms of the assured shorthold tenancy.

GoogleThey were dishonest, greedy and are trying to punish someone with their deposit
We're sorry you feel this way, but we can't find a tenancy under this name. All tenant deposits are protected in a government-approved scheme, and any disagreement can be decided independently. Please email info@hillsestate.co.uk so we can look into it.

TrustpilotHighly recommend using Hills Estat
Hills Estate were great in helping me secure a rental property, Uwais in particular. I went in looking for a four bedroom where no other estate agents were able to help me Hills told me about one not on the market yet. After being messed around with by other agents Hills helped me get things done in a few days to suit my timeline. They kept me informed the whole way through the process and were exceptional in their service. Would definitely recommend using them

TrustpilotProfessional, Ethical and Friendly Staff
Hills Estate was the letting agent for my flat where I lived for about 3 years. From the beginning of my tenancy till the end, I've had a very positive experience dealing with them. The staff is very responsive and attends to all maintenance issues on time. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Uwais Patel who was very professional and friendly throughout our tenancy. I would definitely like to get back to one of their properties in the future, if at all possible.

GoogleAvoid at all costs! This greedy estate agent steals deposits from tenants.
Why don’t you say who you are and what property your referring too. Or I want to hide behind a computer and type nonsense I await the details
