I felt valued and included. When staff picked my call. I was never asked how much I earn on spot or my nationality like my experiences with other agencies. This made me feel assured that team' s aim is to ensure that a customer gets what they want and the rest to come later.. Good approach, and communication till the end!!! Company asks for many things to complete the process yet most of them give the same information however, once you have the right property, you forget about the paperwork!!!! Thanks to staff_Owais,and thank you Hills estate. I highly recommend !!!

GoogleHighly Recommend Hills Estate in Ilford. They were able to find us suitable tenants very quickly and communication throughout was excellent. Their fees are also very reasonable compared to other Estate Agents in the area. Special thank you to Uwais and Raz for all their help, who were both extremely professional. We would 100% use them again if we ever needed to find another tenant.

GoogleI'm glad about your service and responses. Now star given had a 1 year bad experienced for providing mould property to us without checking everything .Almost come to the end No deposit amount refund properly .Be honest your work and responsibility .Try to avoid doing this type of troubles now we are facing with the greedy landlord.

I was helped by Uwais to find accommodation in a studio flat, Uwaiz was very friendly and super helpful during the process, also really helped with boiler problems late at night on his time off, I do really appreciate the way I have been treated by this Agency and the people who run it. They do really make you feel valued and the service is very friendly and hustle free. I do recommend Hills Estates that showed high levels of customer service at all times.

Worse accountant I have ever come across for being a limited company having to pay triple amount for corporation tax and again for self assessment tax leaving me in debt. 82% tax off my income leaving me 18% to live on plus accountant fee to which was impossible. They calculated everything wrong, they simply don’t know what they are doing.. Who in the world pay 2 lots of tax on a single working income? I’d stay well away from them and will not recommend this accountant to anyone.

GoogleDear hill estate /landlord Hopefully ,From your request I'm mentioning about the property name here with your permission 1a Lennox garden IG13LF In this country 6 to 8 months winter season here.Basically owner of the property must have to do precautions for suitable to all condition as per the law .look all the houses window were opened all the times .we had been felt windy air even the window is closed .

Googleif there is minus star l would give them, As Hill's managed property for > 4 years, as we agreed for three years and when it finished asked to have property back Hill's never answer to my email or called (once they know), till l took legal action before ending the 2 weeks noticed been given by solicitor, they sent email to received the property, when l received the property it is simply demolished leaking path and kitchen and damaged the walls and doors in addition there was four loads of rubbish removed half by the Hill and l spent £650 for the other, and l have spent £ 5000 for refurbishment and needs more.

When it was time to pay back my deposit, Hills turned out to be malicious and untruthful. They exaggerated the damage and deducted £100 for a small spot of paint that had come off the wall after 3 years of wear and tear, and £45 for a replacement freezer drawer which costs a fraction of that amount! £100 for a low quality mdf cupboard that was already in used condition when we moved in 3 years ago. They are also trying to unfairly charge me rent for several days after surrendering the tenancy with mutual agreement. Plus several other unnecessary deductions. In my experience they have been unprofessional and rude, trying to grab as much out of the deposit as possible. Beware!

GoogleThis company and it's senior agent Uwais tried to cheat me by deducting hundreds of pounds from my deposit. I had to approach MyDeposits who helped me gain a part of it back. Avoid them!

Google0 Star feedback,Bad customer service,never answer phone calls,most agents are rude on phone,Booked viewing for a property and the agent turned up 15 mins late. Was ready to put deposit down property but agents kept delaying process saying there's leak in property .Wasted my whole week just to show me 1 property which was not even ready. Now I got less than 10 days to find property for me and my family with 2 young children. Please improve your service because clearly it's going downhill. Not recommended to anyone unfortunately

GoogleOne of the worst agencies, despite confirming the booking never received the confirmation when I called back they said they don’t have any details. Spoke to someone name Raz very rude, despite that answered all his questions as we really liked the house but was so rude and keep asking unnecessary questions and info like we have 100 people viewing and I said I can wait that’s fine as I took a day off specially for this but despite he started saying some other unnecessary things as he doesn’t want us to come so I asked directly if he it is really available and he started shouting at me. Had to put the down the phone. Never calling them again. Very rude staff.

Mohammad from Hill who helped in buying process end to end. Mo was very helpful since start of the process , he tried to resolve all queries on time and he helped to work with seller to find the best which works both for buyer and seller. Mo was so supportive at every step , he guided at many places going beyond his boundary. I can see in my buying process he did the best to resolve all my doubts and to help on completion. He listens and understands every aspect from buyer as well and tries to help, I can say without Mohammad help my buying process wouldn't have been so smooth.
