I had a very smooth process with issues resolved quickly. The agency worked with me to sort out any problems during the paperwork and found quick solutions and short turnarounds. My agent Mohammed Uwais Patel was very kind and helpful and sorted out amenities at the place to ensure my move was seamless and was very hands on throughout. Highly recommend!

GoogleAbsolutely appalling experience. Called this agent about the property that was listed for sale. Was called a liar and insulted by a very rude agent, disputing that the flat was listed on Rightmove, then proceeding to call me a liar when I mentioned that the price it was listed at had changed. I was then subjected to a barrage of insults when I attempted to ask a question. Disgusting individual and terrible experience.

i originally enquired about a different property which i went to visit but in the end i decided that that property wasn’t the right one for me. shortly after, mr uwais patel from hills estate reached out to me regarding another property they had available. he proceeded to send me videos of the property with all the information i needed about the rent, furnish type etc. the viewing was a very easy process and the moving in process was swift and efficient. i am now very happy at my new place and the landlord is really lovely, thank you again uwais for all your help 🙏🏻

Great service again from Uwais at Hills. Uwais brought lots of viewings in and generated multiple offers very quickly at the asking price. Great communication throughout and very competitive fees. I like how Uwais and Hills just get on with it unlike other agents I have dealt with, and get the viewings and offers in first rather than focus on fees and locking you into a contract. This is the second time we have gone through Hills and will definitely use them going forwards every time!

GoogleWas speaking to Douglas Lobo, organised a viewing, he let me down whilst on the way to the property. Then made an offer on the property below market rent without even seeing it, and said will not come view if not acceptable. Not too sure what they were going to do with it. Told him not to contact me again, and he returned with a petty immature response. Stay away, unprofessional

GoogleRude, greedy and dishonest - they will go back on agreements and withhold your deposit for nonsense reasons. Do not trust them.

GoogleBe wary of renting from Hills Estate as they have a track record of stealing deposits - because they feel like they can!! A dishonest and greedy company to the end.
Deposits are used to protect both the tenant and landlord. If the tenant has damaged the property or misused the property then it will be used for malicious damage. Which property are you referring too as you have only done 2 reviews and your name doesn’t come with a property you was ever a tenant in any of our properties.

I recently purchased a probate property advertised by Hills Estates. The case prolonged for 18 months due to the inefficiency and lethargic service by the vendor's solicitor. Uwais from Hills Estate was very resilient and thoroughly professional. Throughout the journey, he constantly chased all the vendor's stakeholders (vendor's solicitor, the housing association, the management agent etc) to keep the case progressing. He professionally handled the situation and kept me updated throughout the journey and ensured the successful completion of the purchase.I do not have any hesitation in recommending Uwais's services.
