TrustpilotGreat service
Been dealing with Brian Thomas estate agents for over 20 years - firstly they managed my property as a rental when I moved away from the area, and then more recently when I wanted to sell the property.

TrustpilotThe agency have been very nice to me…
The agency have been very nice to me with prompt responses on issues, and have very good maintenance track record. However, there was a delay with maintenance of an appliance where I was told it was not covered in the maintenance as part of lease, which was not the case. This was resolved later, thanks to the agent for resolving this.

TrustpilotThe best provider of managed lettings…
The best provider of managed lettings for landlords. I have never had to make a phone call twice for same thing. Better still, the BTP approach is pro-active. May it be rent/energy certification or any other issues. Reasonable charges & commission. Staff always willing & able to help without any Excuses.

GoogleAs a Landlord, i am very happy with Brian Thomas. I found their service professional, reliable and efficient. They went above my expectations in find me a tenant on who they ran a full background check. I have been dealing with Brian Thomas for the past 5 years and it is my third property that they are managing. I can honestly say that the team is always there to answer my queries, gave me excellent advice and are always prepared to go an extra mile to sort out my requests. The tenants they found are great, clean and my properties are immaculate after years.

GoogleGreat agent. Very helpful and they get the job done quick. I was struggling to find decent tenants with other agents but BT found tenants within days. Repair works are also reasonably priced and good quality work and they are responsive. BT also sold me a house and i managed to secure it with a fantastic price. Overall I would highly recommend them. Look out for a guy named Amal, he dealt with us and did a fine job with the sale of my property and also managing the property with tenants.

GoogleReally bad agents. They haven't acknowledged my concerns. I have major repairs to be done and they are telling me I need to just get on with it. This is insane and I would never recommend their services to anyone! Abid- you need to learn how to be an agents and learn the rights of the tenant.
