Brian Thomas Estate Agents Seven Kings reviews in Ilford

Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious.

Been dealing with Brian Thomas estate agents for over 20 years - firstly they managed my property as a rental when I moved away from the area, and then more recently when I wanted to sell the property. Given I was no longer local, they gave a great service in helping to manage/resolve any issues and were genuine and I trusted them. Special mention to Amaal who I’ve been dealing with the most in the recent years - thank you

Thank you to Amaal who helped us sell our home! He was very professional when carrying out the valuation, got our property onto the market quickly and had competitive pricing. He helped secure an offer over asking price and was determined to push the sale through despite some hiccups. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Brian Thomas again for a future sale/purchase

Super professional service

This is the first time I have been compelled to give a review on an estate agent. Buying/selling a home can be VERY stressful but I can honestly say that the service I received from Mr Khan at Brian Thomas in Seven Kings was exception. I cannot sing his praises enough; when firm, professional assertiveness was needed he was there. When there were any slowdowns in the process he was on phone/emailing the relevant parties before I had a chance to ask him to!Great from start to finish - I was highly satisfied with the service received, and will be recommending this Estate Agent to my friends and family. Thank you.

Outstanding

I want to say a huge huge hugeeee thank you to Amaal Khan of Brian Estates. Amaal has been absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The support and commitment he shows to his clients exceeded all my expectations. You truly feel you have someone on your side that cares about you and your needs. Through all the hurdles Amaal has been like a rock, he has ensured that things are constantly progressing and always stay on top of things whether it be with brokers, solictors, surveys or vendor. He calls regularly for updates and always pushes above and beyond so that all parties in the transaction are on the same page. Amaal found me a fanatastic investment property and negotiated an incredible price for me. The property was a straight takeover which required nothing from my part and is exactly what I was looking for. Amaal has a very professional approach when it comes to his dedication to support his clients, he is straight and honest and knows what his clients wants which is a good property at a good price and processed quickly. Always polite and respectful and asks how I am and how my family are, its the little things. I will not hesittate to purchase a property from Amaal again as I know he is a genuine person and cares and now a friend. Thanks so much Amaal for everything. Until the next one :)

Look no further.

Mike at Brian Thomas Estate Agents was a fantastic help during the difficult time of selling our late mother’s house. He really supported our every need. Mike kept both ends of communication with ourselves and our buyers at the maximum level at all times. We truly recommend this Estate Agents if you’re either buying or selling.
