GoogleIf zero stars were possible I would. Arranged a viewing for today and nobody turned up! Vendor was also not informed. Woman at Duckworths had the excuse that she only had our land line....eh what? Honestly, choose another estate agent as they will lose you a sale and waste your time.

GoogleI recently bought and sold with duckworths and the experience was pleasant. I didn't need to worry about anything, everything was taken care of by Amy with the viewings of my property and the one I was buying and Michelle who negotiated between us n buyers n sellers. I had regular updates on both sale and purchase which meant I was not chasing anything it was all done for me. Sold our house using Duckworths and they marked my sale as "chain free" and left it like this even after multiple conversations with me advising we were not chain free. Found a house me and my family loved, put an offer in and it was accepted. The buyers of my house then realised we were not chain free and threatened to back out of the sale due to this unless we could complete ASAP. Obviously I didn't want to lose the sale so agreed to this and I am now currently living with parents with my young family and paying £100 a month in storage unit fees until the house we are buying has completed.

GoogleAbsolute excellent service! Couldn’t of asked for a company more quick and reliable. The whole process of me getting my keys was around 3 weeks! The staff was all very useful and willing to go to any length to help you. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new house!

GoogleAmazing company cant fault the team at Duckworths!! Made my house buying an amazing experience even though i must have seen about 30 properties with them they stayed patient throughout and let me view and finally find the right one, which was right for me. Will 100% return back to these guys in the future!! Thank you again soo much please give my regards to all in the office!!!!! P.s thanks for the gift was very interesting lol!

FacebookShocking service, communication and feedback! Was promised the dream by Duckworths, turned into a nightmare! Too many issues to list here… but fundamentally they breached my contract with them. Took my sale to another local estate agent and they sold my house within 24 hours! Just shows what a decent show can offer!
