Viewed one of their properties they are selling made a offer on the property but Duckworths estate agents couldn't be bothered to tell me the offer was rejected or asked if I wanted to make a higher offer. Very poor service for a potential buyer and the vender of the property

GoogleWas more interested in the buyers needs not ours. Yet we are the ones paying the fees. Would never use again and have warned friends and family to give them a wide berth.

Made an offer on first house which was accepted they then took another offer and got us gazumping. 2nd house they didn't keep us honestly updated, lead us to think the vendors had a house to move into and days before we found this not to be the case. We have now been left with two bills to pay at the solicitors.
