GoogleOnline brochure cheerful and agent pleasant. Other than that, very poor customer service. Unavailable after 3pm weekdays and at weekends. Tried to contact several times once my offer was accepted and few days later got a reply. Heard nothing until house completed (even though it was their fault the completion took so long). Brochure falsely advertised the house, which affected my offer. Still no apology. Will never consider using their services to sell my home. Plenty of other competitive and 24/7 available agents out there!
Dear Laura we are sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations, our office is open 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 10-2 on Saturday, not all our staff work full time. We had our particulars signed off by the vendor prior to advertising. Whilst we work hard during the contract negotiation stage, much of this work is beyond our control. GoogleLovely team who work hard to provide a professional and friendly service from start to finish, driving things forward and coordinating with all parties promptly and efficiently, we sold and purchased with On The Move and were very impressed throughout, the brochure they produced was excellent but On The Move actually took our photos in the morning and found a buyer the same afternoon! Highly recommend for professionalism and being on the case throughout our sale and purchase

GoogleAbsolutely amazing business, was informed every step if the way by Lisa as to what was happening on our letting journey. We probably emailed so much but she always replied and put our mind at ease! Such a great lady! Even when I went into the office to pick up the keys the staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome!
