GoogleAt first thought they were great but do not trust this estate agency that's all I can say. They will do anything to get the sale including misleading you. They are not registered with the Property Ombudsman but we have prepared a report for the Property Redress Scheme.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe first discovered OTM when looking to buy a property. Annabelle showed us round. The property we viewed wasn't right for us but we were so impressed with Annabelle and her friendly professional approach that when we listed our house for sale it was a no brainer choosing OTM. All of the staff are consummate professionals and very easy to deal with. Annabelle & Emma are always ready to deal with any query. The marketing of our property was exceptional; the photographs taken took our breath away. The photographer they use is an absolute perfectionist. Our property received an offer within 4 days of being listed. It went on to sell with a minimum of disruption....in the most difficult of times due to Coronavirus. Our actual sale went through on 25th March 2020, a day before the government started putting restrictions on house moves! We were very lucky we chose 100% the right Estate Agent. We achieved a great price for our property (98% of our asking price) and couldn't be happier about the whole experience. Once this lockdown is over I will be visiting the OTM offices in person & taking thr wonderful staff a thank you gift. Lovely people who take the stress out of a stressful situation. GoogleAbsolutely the worst lettings experience we have ever experienced in over 15 years. These agents dont know the law, dont care about tenants or their rights. Property had black mould, serious damp issues, no heating when we moved in and several ongoing issues, two baths that we could never use, a showers that leaked through the lower floors ceiling and the place was filthy when we moved in..the several pairs of dirty knickers were the icing on top. I could go on and on...Landlords just grabbed what they wanted and left the rest of their rubbish all over the house that was filthy and smelled like dog urine as their pet urinated on carpets and rugs left in the house. These agents are not on your side, only the side of rouge landlords who dont give a damn or understand the law, much like the estate agent in question. After requesting legally required, sensible repairs we were the victims of a retaliatory or revenge eviction despite the EPC being not being present when we moved in, and an invalid Gas Safety Cert for over 12 months. Legal proceedings on the way!

GoogleThe loveliest, most hard working and dedicated group of estate agents I have had the pleasure of meeting. When I was looking at a property to move in to, they were quick to get in touch and sort out a viewing that suited me; they kept in contact throughout the whole process making sure any questions I had were answered and always chasing up from both ends. The process was seamless, easy and they helped me remain calm from beginning to end and even helped deal with some issues later on. I can't thank the team enough for everything that they did. I would definitely recommend buying, renting or selling with these guys they will help get you the best and what you deserve.
