Dear Jardine Estates Team and specifically Jo We would just like to say thank you for how Jardine estates have dealt with me and my partner. As first time buyers, buying a home is a daunting process. Jo has made seem effortless. She clearly takes pride in her work and this showed. Jo had excellent knowledge of not only the house we were buying but also the area. She put myself and my partner as eased straight away. She took the time explain the process and they were very accommodating around my strict work commitments. This has not been the case with other estate agents previously. We viewed a total of 6 houses previously with other estate agents and it was clear Jardine Estates were above the rest. They had clear communication throughout and were punctual. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. As first time buyer I would definitely recommend Jardine Estates.

Jardines Estates were super professional selling our home. From the initial valuation with Annabel to the final step nothing was too much trouble. They use a brilliant App and communicate through Wattsapp too which saves countless telephone calls. As a seller I can’t recommend the way they market your property highly enough,no detail is missed and the online photographs by a professional photographer are also excellent. Accompanied viewings of our home were also welcome as opposed to showing potential buyers round ourselves Their knowledge and manner made the whole process as simple as selling your home can be Thank you

Jardine Estates were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Annabelle, Jo and Emma were so helpful, friendly and approachable and gave us lots of advice and support. The pictures of our house were very professional and the house sold within two weeks! We ended up in a very long, complicated chain and the communication from Jardine Estates was fantastic. OTM were agents for our sale and purchase so we got to experience both sides of their service. From start to finish it was first class. The way our property was marketed was very impressive and Jo does the best job of viewings. We had a quite a complex deal to make our sale/purchase happen and Annabelle worked tirelessly to sort all this out. In fact l still can't quite believe they've made this happen for us, it seemed like such a long shot! But somehow, they pulled it off! Sales progression was also excellent, using a dedicated Whatsapp group to keep us constantly updated is such a great idea! Emma is really responsive and you're never left wondering. I moved my property over to Lisa at the Property Boutique after an end of tenancy, and not being happy with my previous agent. Lisa arranged for her contractor to go in and complete repairs fully decorate, the house , kitchen revamp and what a transformation. Even before works were completed the property was rented and date agreed for new tenant moving in. Any issues have been sorted ASAP and Lisa has kept in touch along the way . WOW! What an amazing team at On the Move GX. From start to finished Annabelle and her professional team have gone above and beyond to make what could have been a really stressful experience, run as smooth as clock work! Annabelle and her team marketed and sold our house within a matter of days, doing all the viewings themselves to take out all the stress for us as a working busy family. Once sold we set Annabelle and her team a pretty much unrealistic challenge of finding us our forever home in this crazy post pandemic time where houses were few and far between and house prices were at an all time high! Our budget was reasonable but not achievable for what we wanted! Annabelle accepted our unrealistic challenge and after a few weeks of looking she found us the perfect family home that ticked all of our essential requests with the opportunity to update and make it our forever home…achieving the unachievable!!! Emma and Jo were amazing with communicating what happens next and appointments for viewings and 2nd viewings etc. They set us up on a What’s App group so we could message any questions or receive updates really easily and conveniently ..again for a busy working family this was fantastic as you don’t always have time to ring but easy to just send a quick text. The final week of moving the whole team were fantastic in keeping us up to date on everything and reassuring us everything was running smoothly. On moving day we collected our keys which were presented in a beautiful box along with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Without Annabelle and her team we would never have purchased our forever home and we can’t thank them enough for making the whole process so stress free and smooth running from selling with them and buying from them.
