From our first viewing all the way to completion; communication was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for the team. A special thanks to Emma and Annabelle, who were so lovely and friendly: keeping us well informed and updated throughout. The team went above and beyond with their service: Annabelle stayed open late for us to collect our keys on completion day and to top it all off, we received a lovely bottle of bubbles, which went down a treat! We are glad we bought our house through on the move. From meeting Jo at the property, it felt like we’d known her years instantly! To dealing with Emma throughout the process. Emma was helpful and personable throughout. I felt that I could phone and discuss anything with her and she would deal with it professionally and make sure we had a good update whenever we needed one. We really appreciated how much the team kept the chain going to get us all moved during half term against all odds. The whole experience from listing to move felt premium. If you needed advice or contacts for surveyors or workmen, they know who can do it and when. On one occasion they even arranged a homebuyer survey for us pretty much. The flowers and the keys in a lovely box after the move were a great touch, because at that point in the move your so deep in the stress of it all, that little touch helps you take notice of the celebration that the moment actually is!

They put some much more effort in to the sale of the property than other agents, for example they bought a box full of props to make our property pop. The photography was fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. I particularly liked having a Whatsapp group to manage everything, it just made communication so much easier. They really are a step above the others.

We did invite 3 other local estate agents to look at selling our property but the others didn't give us confidence in what they could offer. (One even boasted they used an iPhone to take photos!)
