Kacey from the huyton office has really been so helpful through every step of the process helping me with my applications, keeping me updated on things. I've been with Whitegates for over 6 years, and i can honestly say they have been nothing but professional and respectful in everything they do. All their staff are a dream to deal with, very down to earth and friendly. I recently had to contact them due to bad weather, which had damaged a couple of fence panels. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Olivia, who has dealt with it all for me. Thank you Olivia!

Right from the word go, we felt in safe hands and confident that we had chosen an estate agent who was professional and very committed to providing a good service to the client. They got things moving right away and went over and above to help and advise. Every member of staff was friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks to Amanda and Jordan who personally dealt with our sale. The house sold on the first day of viewing. Jordan was very reassuring throughout and helped us over the hurdles. We used Whitegates for the purchase of our first house, and would absolutely recommend as either a seller or a buyer, as everything was chased up regularly and the conveyance in general has been very smooth. We dealt with Amanda and from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion and couldn't really be happier with how its been handled from her side. She provided regular updates without having to chase, very quick responses when we did have questions and shes just generally been lovely and helpful from the start. There were actually a number of instances where we heard from Amanda before we heard from our solicitor so she was absolutely on the ball. I have recently purchased our new home and Whitegates Huyton we’re handling our sale. From the very first call to enquire about the property, right through to the end when we completed the sale the staff were amazing. Jordan was the person who dealt with our queries and questions mostly but all were fantastic. Jordan was so very thorough and professional through the process, he kept me informed and updated at all times, and always asked how we were getting on. Even at times when delays occurred etc, he kept in touch and listened when I needed to de brief about the sales processes etc. he was an utter professional and such a lovely kind person. We have just bought our first home through Whitegates and have been dealing with Amanda Marchant throughout who has been amazing. We have had issues with our solicitor throughout this process and Amanda has been so helpful with helping to get updates from both them and also the vendors solicitor, she has made the process so much easier and is always very responsive to emails and phone calls and anything she can help with she has done. We did not think at points we would have gotten the completion date that we wanted and Amanda is definitely on of the reasons that we have been able to achieve that. I can't fault the professionalism, advice and support I have received since submitting my offer on a property they are selling. Ross has been my point of contact throughout the process and has represented Whitegates exemplary, I would definitely recommend Whitegate to anyone buying or selling a property. I have since completed my purchase and due to the seller leaving the property to various charities, it took longer than expected. Fortunately Jordan Smith from Whitegates looked after me through the process, he was so helpful, professional and always at the end of the phone to update me on progress and push for completion. Jordan also met me at the property on numerous occasions, this was both planned and at short notice, Jordan was always friendly, had a smile and never rushed me. Whitegates should be really proud of their staff, I would definitely use them again in the future.

I have recently completed purchasing a property through Whitegates Huyton Estate & Letting Agents with Amanda Marchant. Amanda was a great contact within the Team. Amanda provided me with regular updates throughout my purchase without me needing to contact her. Amanda was in regular contact with the Vendor's Solicitor, my Solicitor and the Vendor so without any prompting from myself she would be actively seeking updates and progressing the purchase forward. I felt completing the purchase was just as important to her as it was to myself. When Amanda was not available the rest of the Teams would adhere to answer my queries if possible in her absence. Couldn’t fault our experience with Whitegates! Would highly recommend, especially if you’re first time buyers. Josh supported us from the very beginning of the process. He booked the viewing for us, advised to to see their in house mortgage adviser Aidan who was so helpful and has supported us throughout the whole process, all the way through to pushing the sellers solicitors for a completion date and getting the contracts exchanged. Josh has been amazing, he communicates really well with us and the seller and also contacts solicitors for us if we’re unable to get in contact with them.
